Creating the perfect dystopia (part 2)

  1. Create Utopia.
  2. Put people in charge.

People aren't really charge. Its the rulers and authorities in heaven.

For the Christian, the ultimate dystopia is a world where that isn't true - a world without God.

I think it would be an interesting experiment to see how such a world could arise, and how God could come back into it.

I believe God maintains His rule through angelic intermediaries in heaven.

Some of these cosmic beings have rebelled against Him.

We are now living in a world not unlike that of HP Lovecraft's stories in which ancient and maleovolent beings hold sway over the earth and man is helpless before them.

While men and women trie to build their hopeless utopias they are simply acting as agents of the cosmic powers.
